Favor means; kindness, especially kindness by a superior person. One of the things you need in life is favor. To get a job, be promoted at work, win a contract, pass an exam or get married, you will need favor.
In a work environment, you need favor to progress, especially when a choice has to be made between two people of equal skills. Favor unlocks blessings, even Jesus had favor in the sight of men. How can you cultivate favor?

Esther 2:15
“Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king’s chamberlain, the keeper of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all them that looked upon her.”

Esther obtained favor “in the sight of all them that looked upon her” How was she able to do that. She did only what Hegai the Kings Chamberlain or officer “appointed” or told her.
God is a king and he speaks to us through the Holy Spirit who symbolizes the “Chamberlain.” When we obey what the Holy Spirit tells us, we will have favor in the sight of all men.

Walk in obedience in relation to the Holy Spirit and enjoy favor.
