It is possible to be a wise and be a fool? According to the scriptures that’s perfectly possible.
Context can turn Wisdom to foolishness. For example, it will be wise to wear a suit for a business meeting but it would be foolish to wear that same suit for swimming purposes at the beach.
1 Corinthians 3:18
Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.
The wisdom of this world is only relevant in time. When we die it becomes totally useless. No worldly principle or resource is wise or valuable in death. That’s why we take nothing out of this world.
On the contrary, the wisdom of God is relevant both in time and eternity. When we die the choices we made that were consistent with the word of God will follow us.
Decide to be a fool to be wise.
