Exodus 28:30
“And thou shalt put in the breastplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim; And they shall be upon Aaron’s heart, when he goeth in before the Lord: and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart before the Lord continually.”

Aaron the high priest was supposed to wear a special costume. Two stones; the Urim and Thummim were to be placed close to his heart. The function of these stones was to assist him in judgment or decision making.

Do you have a decision to make? I believe we all have. Decisions are very important, because ultimately, your life is the sum total of all the decisions you have made. A decision to marry the wrong person can destroy your whole life. A decision not to follow Christ will lead you to Hell.

I believe the scripture is the highest decision making resource we have. This is followed closely by your heart. There are two spiritual stones in your heart that have been placed there by God.

Learn to listen to your heart in judgment. Is your heart at peace or is it troubled concerning the decision you are about to make? Those are the two stones. Other peoples’ views, revelations, opinions and prophecies are important, but your heart supersedes them all.

God is too wise to place your destiny entirely in the hands of others; listen to your heart!
