When I was younger, the one thing I never wanted to be was a born again Christian, and much more a pastor. I thought it would be boring and I would also be incapable of stopping the many vices and sins that Christianity frowns upon.
One day, I had an inexplicable desire or will to be born again but I still did not have the desire to be a pastor. After some years, I had the desire to be a pastor and I entered the ministry. I did not force myself to take these seemingly impossible decisions but it sort of just grew upon me.
Maybe you are wondering whether you can live as a Christian, be faithful to your spouse, stop a particular sin or enter into full time ministry. You can make it by the power of God.
God can divinely influence your will and actions to do seemingly impossible things. Many people refuse to take the plunge because they are afraid they are incapable.
Go on your knees in prayer and ask Him to work on your will and actions!
