Luke 17:20-21
“And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”

One day, the Pharisees asked Jesus when the kingdom of God will come. Jesus made two important statements about the kingdom of God, and I want us to examine it.

  1. The kingdom of God does not come with observation.
This means spiritual information is not given to the natural senses (e.g., the eyes or the ears); that is why it does not come by observation.
When God is about to do something, it is revealed to the spirit of man. That is why you must constantly pray for revelation to know the will of God.
  2. The kingdom of God is within you.
The kingdom of God is the area where God rules. Every king has a realm or boundaries to his rule. God rules over the spirits of born again believers, not every person. That is why His kingdom is within us. When you become born again, the spirit of God takes residence in you. Through your spirit, He will guide you and relay information to you.

Give your life to Christ if you haven’t. Be spiritual, and you will rule with God in His kingdom.
