Mark 9: 23
“If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.”

One good thing about faith is that it is free. You are not charged for believing. You just believe.
If you do not have faith, you can cultivate it.

One of the channels through which we can activate our faith is through the word of God. “…faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” (Rom.10:17) However, God can also give faith as a gift.

In the scripture above, Jesus told a man whose son was sick that, “The only thing that stops me from helping you is your unbelief. I cannot help you because you do not have faith.”

God is not moved by how desperate your situation is; he is moved by your faith. The scripture says, “And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.” (Mk. 9: 24)

He said, “Lord, I do not read my bible, I do not even go to church, I do not have faith, but I ask you for only one thing; help my unbelief. Give me a booster of faith, give me free faith, give me faith as a grant, and give me faith as an IMF package or a World Bank loan, and I shall be well.”

Jesus had mercy on him and gave him faith. Straight away, he received his miracle.

May God give you faith, in the name of Jesus!

Pray this prayer with me, “Lord, give me faith as a free donor package from heaven, give me the gift of faith, for the scripture says in Ephesians 2: 8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” I receive this gift today for my healing, breakthrough, Christian walk, and life, in the name Jesus.”

It has already come; the gift is here if only you can believe. You have it now, in Jesus’ name!

Faith can come as a gift from God. Ask him for it.
