2 Corinthians 9:6-7
“But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.”

Everyone has something to say about money. The government, the world, and businessmen have something to say about money. God also has something to say about money, and it is very important that we understand what He has to say. This is because whenever you understand something, you are able to use it well.

I have a DVD player in my house. There are many things I do not understand about the player. The only things I understand are play, stop, and rewind. However, I know it can do many things. My usage is actually limited to my knowledge.

How you deal with or handle money will also be influenced by what you know about it. If what you know is that when you have money, you should by drug or have five girlfriends, that is what you will do.

In 2 Corinthians 9, Paul urged the people in Corinth to give an offering of money. He described it as a seed. A seed is something that has the ability to multiply itself. God wants us to view money as a seed and not a fruit.

See your money as a seed. Invest it and watch it grow!
