Daniel 7:25
“And he shall speak [great] words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.”

The word “weary” means to be tired. It also means to be physically, mentally, and emotionally exhausted by strain. One thing we must guard against is weariness.

Paul sounded a warning in Hebrews 12:3 and said, “lest ye be wearied.” You can be tired of serving God. You can be tired of marriage, work, children, and even life itself.

One way the devil wears us out is by words. We are bombarded with negative words and images through the media, people, and our environment. This puts a strain on us and leaves us weary of everything.

Let’s counter this by soaking in God’s Word! Let’s go to church, read our Bibles, listen to Christian songs, and recharge our spiritual batteries with power for everything!
