John 16:32
“Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.”

Have you ever felt alone? The interesting thing about life is it can get lonelier as it progresses. You can be married and lonely, or in the midst of many people, and still feel lonely.
When all is well with you, you will have many people around you claiming to be friends and loved ones. However, when disaster strikes; many of them will vanish.

Jesus was surrounded by multitudes, who even wanted to make Him king. As long as He was turning water into wine, healing the sick and feeding them, He was their best friend. The minute He was arrested; all His disciples abandoned Him.

In the midst of these, He was still upbeat in His trying period, because He knew that the father was with Him. God can be so real to you, that in your trying moments, you will still feel you are not alone.

It is time to cultivate a good relationship with God, because you never know when circumstances will cause people to abandon you.

May God be with you!
