Regurgitation means to bring swallowed food up again or repeat information.

There are times when present challenges undermine our confidence and faith in God. It could be a medical, financial, marital or spiritual problem. During these difficult times you may question God as you seek answers to your current predicament.

One thing we can do is to be intentional about the information we remember. We can go down memory and choose to regurgitate positive past experiences. We can choose to remember miracles, signs and wonders that God wrought in the past.

God encouraged Joshua with similar advice when he came face to face with new challenges.

Deuteronomy 3:21-22.
“And I commanded Joshua at that time, saying, Thine eyes have seen all that the Lord your God hath done unto these two kings: so shall the Lord do unto all the kingdoms whither thou passest. Ye shall not fear them: for the Lord your God he shall fight for you.”

God told Joshua to remember past testimonies; how he defeated two mighty Amorite kings.

Are you discouraged or fearful? It’s time to regurgitate past testimonies about healing, miracles and signs. This will boost your faith, give you courage and help you win to todays battles. “Ye shall not fear them: for the Lord your God he shall fight for you.”
