Sometimes, our lives do not go the way we imagined it would. You may have dreamt of a healthy life but here you are, lying sick in bed. When you gave birth to your son, you may have imagined him growing up to be a responsible person but here he is, irresponsible and unemployed. You may have entered into marriage with dreams of a happy marriage, but all you have to show for now is a broken relationship.
Can God make you again after your life has been marred?
Jeremiah 18:4 reads, “And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.”
We are the vessels that God made, but sometimes the vessels are marred or destroyed by the devil, bad choices, or disobedience. But there is hope; the vessel can be made again!
How? you may ask.
First, we must believe that marred vessels can be restored.
Second, we must be willing to place our whole lives in the hands of God.
Third, we must allow God to take the initiative and make the choices of our lives. Fourth, we must trust Him.
Finally, we must allow Him to mould us with His Word.
Are you ready to be made again?
