Proverbs 29:11
“A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise [man] keepeth it in till afterwards.”
There are people who pride themselves in being frank and outspoken. They say whatever they think. Although this attitude may have its positives, the Bible describes such people as “fools”
Such people easily get fired at work quickly, destroy relationships and cause confusion. Such people propose to a woman on their first date and your guess is as good as mine; they fail!
We are told in scripture to be quick to hear and slow to speak. The higher you go, the more careful you must be about what you say, because one wrong word can destroy years of good work.
Let’s be wise by saying the right things at the right time, in the right context, and with the right content.
