Genesis 44:12,15
“And he searched, and began at the eldest, and left at the youngest: and the cup was found in Benjamin’s sack. And Joseph said unto them, What deed is this that ye have done? wot ye not that such a man as I can certainly divine?”
Joseph became a governor in Egypt after his brothers sold him into slavery. One day, there was a famine in the land and his brothers came to buy corn from him. He accused them of stealing because one of his cups was found in their bags. He told his brothers a man like him could be divine.
What lessons can we draw from this?
Christians in powerful and influential positions need to exercise spiritual gifts. This is because you will have many enemies and sycophants around you.
One such gift is the word of knowledge: a gift that gives you information through supernatural means. Divination means to have supernatural knowledge.
Do you operate in spiritual gifts? Do because a man like you needs to!
