1 Samuel 2:8
“He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and he hath set the world upon them.”
According to this verse, promotion is not dependent on location. Many have wasted their lives because they think their promotion is based on their location. There are people who think that unless they travel, they will not succeed or their situation will not change. It is not true!
This wisdom descended not from above. It is earthly, sensual, and demonic. If you have to travel to make it, then it means God’s power is limited. You can be in a good location, all right. But if God does not lift you up, that location will not help you.
Someone once asked me a question, “Prophet, what makes a church grow? Is it anointing or strategies?” I answered, “Both are important, but strategies and principles only work when the anointing is present.”
For example, if you have a kettle, cooker, microwave, an iron, or oven, they can help you do a lot of things in the house. However, when there is no power in your house, they will all not work. Why? Because one thing is missing: power! When power hits strategies, they become useful. Therefore, location is important, but like the kettle, cooker, or oven, until power hits it, it will never work.
God is the key to your promotion, not location!
